ABC Solutions, LLC was founded in 2005. We found that many small and medium-sized businesses need both accurate accounting and tax advice as well as the computer systems to operate. We found a way to integrate the knowledge of both worlds to offer you a complete solution.

Our clients are small and medium-sized companies and non-profit organizations who require our experience and professionalism to organize their accounting and business functions. Our goal is to provide our clients with the highest level of expertise at a reasonable fee.

Rayanne M. Buchianico, EA, MCP

Rayanne started her career in accounting as early as high school, working as a secretary/tax return processor for a small firm in Havertown, Pennsylvania. Later she moved to work with Preston Barrett, LLP in Havertown, Pennsylvania. She spent 15 years there moving from secretary to firm administrator and finally to senior accountant. During her tenure at Preston Barrett, she helped develop and found Byte Information Technologies, Inc. and was named Vice President of the computer consulting firm.

In 2001, Rayanne moved from the Philadelphia area to Tampa Bay. She resumed her career in accounting and computer consulting with local prominent and prestigious firms. While networking with local businesses, she saw the overwhelming need of accounting and technology services to the business community. ABC Solutions was created on this concept in June 2005.

She is enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service and holds multiple Microsoft certifications and designations. Rayanne founded the Tampa Bay Small Business Server User Group in 2003.

Rayanne lives in St. Petersburg and had two children: Elizabeth, age 20, actively serving in the United States Marine Corps, and Thomas, age 17.
